Issue:
In ZW3D, material attributes are stored in the Bundles.Z3 file without categorization.
When there are a lot of materials, it is not convenient to choose. Here is how to classify the materials.
Solution:
- Create a new part, using the material category name as the file name, such as the Metal materials package.
- Set it as the current file in Tools → Materials → File/Bundle, import a pre-defined TXT file, and click Open.
Note: About how to define the TXT file, please refer to: ★★How to batch customize the material library in ZW3D - In a new model file, we can switch material categories from the File/Bundle.
