★Why does the AR shortcut function array differently in ZWCAD?

Issue:

When using the AR shortcut (Array) in ZWCAD, why there is no option to choose the array type?

Note: This issue has been fixed in ZWCAD 2024 version. AR shortcut functions are the same in different environments in ZWCAD 2024 version.

Causes:

In some versions of ZWCAD, the AR function (Array) is split into two different behaviors depending on the interface environment:

1. In the Classic interface, AR stands for Classic Array, and it creates a non-associative array.
   
2. In the 2D Sketch and Annotation interface, AR stands for Select Array, and it creates an associative array.
   

Solution:

Switch between these interface environments by clicking on the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the ZWCAD interface.
