Issue:
When ZWCAD experiences an abnormal crash event, it may generate a crash report containing relevant environmental info about where the issue occurred. This report can be provided to the ZWCAD development team to obtain a solution to the problem. Where can I find the crash reports?
Solution:
Click on the Start menu, select ZWCAD, and then click CrashReport Manager. In the dialog that opens, you will find a list of error report information for ZWCAD. You can further click Open Folder to access the location where the error reports are saved, and inside you will find the content of the error reports, which you can copy and send to ZWSOFT.
