Issue:
The 2018~2020 versions of ZWCAD are incompatible with the input method of win10 system 2004 or above, which may easily cause the software to become unresponsive and get stuck. How to solve the problem?
Solution:
Turn on the compatibility properties of the input method:
- Click Start → Settings in the lower left corner of the computer desktop to open the win10 settings page.
- Select Time & Language in settings.
- Click Language on the left and click Options for Simplified Chinese. (The language selected depends on which one is using, the Chinese selected here is for example only)
- Select the Chinese input method and click Options.
- Click General → Compatibility, turn on the switch of Use previous version of Microsoft Pinyin, and save the settings.
