★Why does the view change when switching among multiple viewports in model space?

Issue:

In model space, in the case of multiple viewports, after adjusting the display of one viewport and switching to another viewport, the previously adjusted viewport display will change and return to full display status. Why？

Causes:

The system variable UCSFOLLOW controls the display of viewports in model space.

Solution:

Enter the viewport you don't want the view go back to the full view display mode, type UCSFOLLOW in the command bar, and change its value to 0.

Please note this UCSFOLLOW value is related to the viewport, you need to set it in all the viewports if you don't want it to be changed when switching.
