Issue:

When two objects overlap, the object on top will cover the one below. By setting the transparency, we can see the covered object, making the drawing idea clearer.
How to modify the transparency of a layer?

Solution:

  1. Click the menu Format → Layer (the LAYER command) to open the Layer Properties Manager.

  2. In the Layer Properties Manager, select the layer that needs to be modified, and modify its Transparency.
  3. The Show/Hide Transparency button in status bar is able to control whether the transparency is displayed.
