Issue:

Layer Properties Manager has two styles - palette and classic dialog box, how to set the style of Layer Properties Manager?

Causes:

The system variable LAYERDLGMODE controls the style of the Layer Properties Manager.

Solution:

Enter the command LAYERDLGMODE and set the desired value. The default is 1, which is palette style.
