Issue:
When using smartplot in ZWCAD, there is no plotter device to select in the Device name.
Causes:
Print Spooler service has been stopped.
Solution:
- Right-click This PC in Windows File Explorer, and select Manage.
- Find Services in Services and Applications.
- Find Print Spooler in Services, click Start from the right-click menu, to start the Print Spooler service.
- Restart ZWCAD to find the plotter device in smartplot.
