★How to get the log file which record the command history in ZWCAD?

Issue:

The log file records the content of the CAD text window, which helps learn about how the user uses ZWCAD, which commands they use, and how they use them.

How can this file be obtained?

Solution:

To have the command run history log file, you need to enable it within CAD, which can be done through CAD options.

1. Click on the menu Tools → Options (or use the OPTIONS command) to open the Options dialog.
2. On the Open and Save page, check the Maintain a log File option.
   
3. In the File tab, locate the Log File Location path. The log files in that folder are the log files for the command line history.
   
   
   
   
   

Note: this only records the information that shows in the command line, for the mouse action on the drawing area, it will not be contained.
