Issue:

Open the file that is not currently opened in ZWCAD prompts read-only as below image.

Causes:

The file is set to Read-only in properties, thus, ZWCAD prompts read-only.

Solution:

Right-click the file and select to open Properties, uncheck Read-only then click OK to finish.
