How to change the color of the block?

Solution:

• Solution 1:
  Double-click the block to enter Block Editor, select the pattern in the block and change its color; 
• Solution 2:
  Click Express on the menu, find Blocks, then click Change Block's Color (shortcut command CHGBCOL), then select the block and set the color.
