★Why does ZW3D only show App tab in the Ribbon?

Issue:

After opening ZW3D, some modules in the Ribbon tab disappear, leaving only the contents of the APP. however, the license authorization status is normal.

Causes:

The license authorization status is normal, but the ZW3D loading authorization is not working properly. It requires running the software in administrator mode to reload the authorization.

Solution:

Method 1:

Close ZW3D, right-click on the ZW3D icon and choose to Run as administrator to restart it.

Method 2:

Set ZW3D to start in administrator mode by default.

Right-click on the ZW3D icon, select Properties, in the Properties dialog, go to Compatibility → Change settings for all users, check Run this program as an administrator, and then reopen the ZW3D.
