In this case, you can try cleaning the user folder.

  1. Press Win+R on the keyboard to open the Run dialog, then type %appdata% and press Enter.
  2. Locate the folder name with your ZW3D version under the folder ZWSOFT(for example ZW3D 2024), right-click on it, select Rename (recommended, which you can report to ZWSOFT for locating the specific reason) or Delete, and then restart the software.
