Execute the command ROTATE and follow the procedures below:

  1. Select the object and specify the base point.


  2. Input R to execute the branch command.
  3. Specify the first and second points (left lower and right lower).
  4. Input P to execute the branch command.
  5. Specify the first and second points of the reference line.
