★Why ZW3D 2023X (August 25th) cannot acquire a floating license, but previous ZW3D 2023X (July 20th) version could?

Issue:

After upgrading ZW3D 2023X (July 20th) to ZW3D 2023X (August 25th), the floating license cannot be acquired.

However, reverting to the ZW3D 2023X  (July 20th) version allows for the floating license acquisition.

How can this issue be resolved?

Causes:

Since the version from ZW3D 2023X (August 25th), we need to use the new network license manager to do the licensing job.

Solution:

Need to update the network license manager on the licensing server side.

To do so, please download the latest Network License Manager from ZWSOFT's official website.

Please stop the service and return the license first, then uninstall the existing network license manager, and then reinstall the new one. 

After that, activate the license and configure the service to make the license work.
