Issue:
ZW3D software is installed successfully, but there is no response when clicking the desktop shortcut icon, no splash screen appears, no process appears in the task manager, and the user folder of ZW3D is not generated.
Causes:
The compatibility between ZW3D and the graphics card is not good.
Solution:
- Right-click the blank area of the desktop and click on Display Setting.
- Find Graphics under System→Display.
- Click Browse and find ZW3D Main Application, we can find it under the installation path of ZW3D. Click Options to open the Graphic preference window.
- In Graphics preference, try to change the default options to Power saving or High performance and click Save to troubleshoot, you can even set the specific GPU if you have more than 2 display adapters.
- Try to start ZW3D again.
