★Why are the dwg linetype scales changed when attached as reference

Issue:

When attaching dwg as an external reference in ZWCAD, the drawing doesn't match ideally, and the linetype scales are incorrect. 

How to solve these problems?

Causes:

• The reference's global scale factor LTSCALE is different from that of the current drawing.
• The reference's insertion unit UNITS is different from that of the current drawing.
• The reference's annotative scale CANNOSCALE is different from that of the current drawing.

Solution:

• 1. Execute the LINETYPE command, or from the Classic menu open the Linetype Manager dialog box.
  
  2. Match the current drawing's Global scale factor with that of the reference drawing.
  
• Execute the UNITS command to open the Drawing Units dialog box, and match the Insertion scale with the current drawing's scale.
  
• Execute the CANNOSCALE command, or from the right-bottom status bar to set the annotative scale value as 1:1.
