Issue:
During the installation of ZW3D in the Win10 Home version, everything goes smoothly. However, when I try to launch the software, it crashes immediately without generating an error report. There are no configuration files in the user folder.
Causes:
This issue is related to the system's Region Setting for language.
Solution:
- Find Region settings in Control Panel.
- In the Region Settings, under the Administrative tab, set the Language for non-Unicode programs to the language of your ZW3D language, and then uncheck the box for Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
