Issue:
When activating ZW3D by offline, input the license code in the offline activation page of License Manager and click Generate, a message Unsupported file format appears.
Solution:
Find ZW3D License Manager in the Start menu
- Click the right button of the mouse on License Manager and select Run as Administrator
- Open License Manager and then input the license code again, the XML file can be generated successfully
