Issue:

When activating ZW3D standalone version, a blank "Error message" (only an exclamation mark appears) is displayed, no matter activate it online or offline.

Solution:

  1. Find ZW3D License Manager in the Start menu

  2. Right-click on License Manager and select Run as Administrator

  3. Open License Manager and then activate it again, the software can be activated successfully
