Issue:
When activating ZW3D, the error message “License quantity of the activation ID exceeds the max valid number. Please check and re-enter." occurs
Causes:
Generally, there might be the following reasons:
- The license has been activated on another computer
- The license is an upgraded one and the parent license has not been returned yet.
Solution:
Check whether the license is activated on the website: http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do
- Check whether the license is an upgraded license. If yes, you need to return the parent license (old one) first, and then use the upgraded license to activate it.
