Issue:
When the server requires a restart or experiences an unexpected shutdown, the licensing service doesn't start automatically, and clients cannot use the floating license. How can this be resolved?
Solution:
- In the taskbar search box, type Services, click on the search result, and open the Services window. Locate the corresponding license service.
- Change the Startup type of the licensing service to Automatic, then click Apply and OK. If the service is not started, then click Start. Next time it will start automatically after windows restart.
