Issue:

Double-click the block will prompt the Edit Block Definition to choose a block to edit. From Edit Block Definition, ZWCAD selects the sub-block within the block by default, instead of selecting the double-clicked main block.

What settings should be changed so that when we double-click, ZWCAD will always select the main block to edit by default?

Solution:

  1. Input the command EDITNESTEDBLOCK, and change the value to 0 so you will be preselected the outermost block by default, or change the value to 1 so you will be a preselected nested block which the mouse is hovered on by default.
  2. You can also select the block first, and then click Block Editor or Edit Block In-place from right-click menu to achieve this. By this action, it always edits the main block by default.
