Issue:
Suppose there are some raster images or DWG references or underlays inserted in the drawing, if we just send the DWG file to others, all these reference objects will not be displayed.
So, how to package the drawing with all Xrefs to ensure others can open the drawing and display it without a problem?
Solution:
- Execute the command ETRANSMIT to call out the Create Transmittal dialog box, and click Transmittal Setups.
- Click Modify to finish the setting, after setting we can package the drawing to a ZIP or RAR file and sent it to others.
The packaged file contains external references and the content will be fully displayed after being sent to others.
