Issue:
When launching the software, it displays the startup screen and crashes while loading the modules. Moreover, there is no corresponding process in the Task Manager.
Causes:
The ZW3D is unable to start due to a graphics card driver issue.
Solution:
- Check the Display adapters in Device Manager, disable the integrated graphics card, and then check if the monitor is connected to the HDMI port of the dedicated graphics card.
- Identify your dedicated graphics card model and visit the official website of NVIDIA or AMD to download the corresponding driver and install it.
