Issue:
ZW3D exits on loading API phase when starting up
Causes:
The Location of the AppMenu written in the registry does not correspond to the current startup version.
Solution:
- Press WIN+R on the keyboard, then enter regedit in the dialog box and press Enter.
- Using ZW3D 2024 (version 28.00) as an example, delete the following registry entry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ZWSOFT\ZW3D\ZW3D 28.00.
- Restart ZW3D. This is the image after the software starts up normally.
