Issue:

How to hatch in a closed area by a block in ZWCAD?

Solution:

  1. Click the menu Express → Draw → Super Hatch (SUPERHATCH command), select the block to be filled, and then click OK.
  2. According to the command prompt, complete operations such as specifying the scale factor, the rotation angle of the block, and determining the position.
  3. When the block is placed on the screen, ZWCAD will ask you to specify a window around the block, this can help you to have gaps around the blocks. In this step, just specify a purple box to specify a tiling (tessellation) frame, and press Enter.
  4. The final step is to pick an internal point of an enclosed area to add the hatch.
