Issue:
When installing ZW3D, it prompts "This operation is only valid for the currently installed product", but the installed ZW3D cannot be found in the control panel.
Causes:
The previously installed ZW3D has not been uninstalled cleanly.
Solution:
- Download the msi uninstall tool.
- Start the tool, click Remove in the dialog box, remove the corresponding version of the ZW3D entry, and then try to install ZW3D again.
