Issue:

ZW3D installation or startup prompts "Loadlibrary failed with 87: The parameter is incorrect".

Causes:

AMD graphics card driver update causes this problem.

Solution:

Option 1:

  1. Enter the C:\Windows\System32 directory. Enter atig6pxx.dll in the Search bar.
  2. Find all atig6pxx.dll files and delete them.
  3. If it requires administrator right when deleting files, click Continue.
  4. Try to install or start ZW3D again.


Option 2:

  1. Download the application at the following link. Decompress it and run the "DirectX Repair.exe“

  2. Click on the Tool → Option to open the Option window, switch to the Advanced tab and check the Option C++ enhanced repairing, then click OK. Click Check and Repair, and wait for the repairing process, after a few minutes the VC will be updated automatically.

  3. Try to start ZW3D again.
