Issue:

When installing, uninstalling, or starting ZW3D, an error message is reported saying "The application cannot be started normally (0xc000007b). Please click "OK" to close the application."

Causes:

The computer system lacks VC, or the VC version is too low.

Solution:

Option 1:

1. Download the application at the following link. Decompress it and run the "DirectX Repair.exe“

2. Click on the Tool → Option to open the Option window, switch to the Advanced tab and check the Option C++ enhanced repairing, then click OK. Click Check and Repair, and wait for the repairing process, after a few minutes the VC will be updated automatically.
   
   

Option 2:

1. Visit the official website of Microsoft to update the Visual C++ to the latest version: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn.
2. After the update, try to uninstall and install ZW3D again.
