There are 2 possibilities for this problem:

  1. The installation package is damaged.
  2. The installation package is not compatible with the Windows Version, for example, try to install ZW3D 64-bit on a computer with the 32-bit operating system.

Solution:

  1. Please make sure the installation package matches the operating system version.
  2. If the installation package matches the operating system version, but this problem occurs again, please download the ZW3D installation package again to the computer.

Note: the 32-bit ZW3D can be installed on a 64-bit OS.
