Solution:

  1. Open Settings in the Start menu, click System → About to check the version number of the operating system.
  2. Unzip the corresponding installation package of ZW3D and open the ZwSetup.xml file with Notepad.

  3. Delete the number in the middle of the SupportSystem field(maybe 1 or 2), and save it.
  4. Double-click Setup.exe to start the installation of ZW3D.
