★ZWCAD uses a hand-drawn table export function, prompting "internal application error"

Issue:

ZWCAD 2024 provides the function to export the hand-drawn table to Excel feature (the ZWOUTPUTEXCEL command, or the feature Tools→ Export Table to Excel... ), which can export the table composed of scattered lines and text as an Excel file. When running this feature, it prompts  "Internal application error", why?

Causes:

This problem is caused by the inability to start the Office software service. Generally speaking, it is caused by the inconsistency between the version of the Office software and the version of the ZWCAD software.

The software needs to be reinstalled according to the installed software bits. For example, if the operating system is a 64-bit system and it needs to install 64-bit ZWCAD and 64-bit Office software.
