Issue:
Why is there no prompt when the cursor hovers over the grip point of the selected object?
Normal status should be like the following image shown, there is a shortcut menu pops up near the cursor.
Solution:
Execute the command OPTIONS to open the Options dialog box.
Go to the Selection tab, tick the options Enable grip tips and Show dynamic grip menu.
