  1. Taking the 2023 version as an example, open the following file path to search for 【C:\Users\Current Username\AppData\Roaming\ZWSOFT\ZWCAD\2023\en-US\CrashReport】.
  2. Locate the compressed file corresponding to the date and time.

Method 2:

  1. Open the ZWCAD startup program folder and launch the "CrashReport Manager" program.
  2. Click on "Open Folder" to search within the folder, or search for the error report in the list.
