★Why are the serial numbers not displayed when inserting DWG drawings in ZWCAD?

Issue:

Open the drawing with the Open command, all serial numbers in the drawing can be displayed normally, as shown in the figure below.

However, when using the Insert command to insert the drawing, the serial numbers in the drawing are not displayed, as shown in the figure below.

Causes:

The serial numbers in the original drawing are not regular CAD objects, but custom entities created using a feature similar to the Ballons function in ZWCAD MFG.

When inserting the drawing using the INSERT command, it is equivalent to making a copy of the original drawing, which becomes a block in the current drawing.

CAD controls whether custom entities can be copied through the system variable ZWWCLONEPROXYPOLICY. The default value is 0, and the variable value needs to be changed.

Solution:

Input the command ZWWCLONEPROXYPOLICY and press Enter, then change the value to 3, after that, you can insert the drawing block and display the custom entity in the drawing normally.
