★Cannot open Properties Panel in ZWCAD

Issue:

Typically we use CTRL+1 or the command PROPERTIES to open Properties Panel in ZWCAD.

Sometimes, the above ways do not work, how to solve the issue?

Solution:

1. Reset ZWCAD:
   

   Input shortcut key OP to open Options, find Profile tab then select the current profile to click Reset, confirm with OK button, and restart ZWCAD.

   

2. Reset Appdata folder
   Close ZWCAD then press Win+R key on the keyboard to open Run, input %appdata% then press enter to open the appdata folder.

   

   Find the ZWSOFT folder and look for the corresponding ZWCAD version folder. For example, if the Properties Panel cannot open in ZWCAD 2024, then find “\AppData\Roaming\ZWSoft\ZWCAD\2024”.

   

   Delete or rename this folder to any other name (rename is recommended in case you want to find any custom setting back or share this to ZWSOFT for issue investigation), for example, change "2024" to "2024_backup_specificdate". Then, restart ZWCAD.

3. If both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are installed on the same computer, this may cause the properties panel cannot be opened in ZWCAD. Uninstall and reinstall the correct ZWCAD version corresponding to the system version.
