Issue:

The function cannot be used and the command line prompts "Unknown command "xxx". Press F1 for help." when executing the command in ZWCAD.

Causes:

  1. If this occurs when using the shortcut key to execute the command, try to use the menu or toolbar to execute the same command, if works, means the shortcut key is invalid.
  2. This command is disabled by UNDEFINE command.
  3. ZWCAD is damaged and requires reinstallation.

Solution:

  • The shortcut key is invalid:

          Input the command ALIASEDIT, or through Tools → Customize → Command Alias Editor to open Command Alias Editor.

          Check if the function is defined in the editor or use Add to add this command if needed, may also use Reset to reset all shortcut keys to default.

         

  • Disabled by UNDEFINE:

           Input the command REDEFINE, then input the command which is disabled to reset.

  • ZWCAD is damaged:

           Completely uninstall ZWCAD, and reinstall ZWCAD to check.
