Issue:
After uninstallation of ZWCAD, the desktop icons may be empty, only the wallpaper or a black screen may appear (as shown in the picture).
Causes:
The software uninstaller conflicts with the resource manager (explorer.exe), causing the resource manager to freeze.
User can restart the computer to solve it, or end the originally opened Windows Explorer process and start a new Windows Explorer.
Solution:
- Press the [Ctrl+Alt+Delete] key combination on the keyboard, and then click [Task Manager].
- Click [Run New Task].
- Enter [explorer.exe], and click OK.
