Issue:

After the installation of ZWCAD, double-click to start the software and click the [Activate] button, failing to enter the activation interface normally.

Causes:

The old version of ZWCAD is not very compatible with the high-resolution display, so if the computer resolution is too large, the pop-up activation window will be out of the screen.

Solution:

  1. Right-click on the blank space on the desktop and enter [Display Settings].
  2. Temporarily set the [Display Resolution] to [1920x1080], and keep the settings.
  3. Start ZWCAD, click [License Manager] under [Help], and click [Activate License] to start the activation.
  4. After the activation is done, open [Display Settings], and set the [Display Resolution] back to the original.
