Issue:

When activating ZWCAD, it failed and prompted "the same type of product is already activated".

Causes:

In the license manager, there exists a same version license.
You can check whether there already has a license activated in the license manager, whether the license version is the same as the software version, and whether the license status is normal. If the license is normal, you should be able to use the software directly (run as administrator).

Solution:

  1. Click [Start] menu - [All Apps] - [ZWCAD 20xx English] - [License Manager]

  2. In [All Licenses], you can see the specific activation information. Check whether the license version is the same as the installed version of ZWCAD and whether the "License Status" is normal. If there is no problem, you can try to "Run as administrator" and re-open the program to see if it can be used normally. 
  3. If it still cannot be used normally or is still prompted to activate, return the original license in the license manager, and then re-activate it.
