Issue:

When trying to return the ZWCAD network license on the server side, it prompts: "The license is borrowed and is not allowed to be returned.", how to deal with it?

Causes:

If there is any client has borrowed a license from the server and it is not returned to the server side, the server side cannot do license return.
All the licenses should be on the server side before returning the network license on the server side.

Solution:

1. Open the server-side [License Manager] and click [Details].
2. In the "License Quantity", check whether there is any borrowed license not returned.
   
3. Find the client with the rental license, open the client's [License Manager], and click [Return Borrowed License]
4. check the rental information, confirm that it is correct, and then click the [Return].
   
5. After all the rental licenses are returned successfully, the server can return the network license.
