Solution:

Try to open the ZWSOFT Licensing website :

http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/
If it opens normally, you can use the online activation.
If the computer does not currently have Internet access or cannot open the ZWSOFT Authorization website, you need to use the offline way to activate it.
