Issue:

After the installation of ZWCAD is finished, an error message “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application” occurs while launching the software.

Causes:

It can be opened with administrator permission, but if you open it with normal permission, the error message will appear.

The current user has no permission to read files in the System32 file folder. Setting the read permission of files in the System32 folder to the current user can solve the problem.

Solution:

  1. Find the System32 file folder in the computer system disk, generally, it’s C:\Windows\System32；
  2. Right-click the file folder, enter the properties-Security, and tick Read and Read & execute.
