How to do if the online activation of the ZWCAD standalone version fails?

Causes:

1. The current user does not have sufficient privileges;
2. The computer system time is incorrect;
3. The license code version does not match the current software version;
4. The computer cannot access the internet or has limited internet access;
5. The license service is not running;
6. The license management program is not installed correctly;
7. There is an encryption system.

Solution:

1. Right-click on the ZWCAD icon and select "Run as administrator" to open the software, then proceed to activate it;
2. Check the system time of the computer and make sure it matches the current time;
3. Check if the version of the activation code matches the current installed software version;
4. Try offline activation or a mobile device to run the code scanning activation;
5. Open the services on your computer and check if the ZWSOFT license service "FlexNet Licensing Service" is running properly. If it is not, then you need to start it.
   
6. Uninstall and reinstall ZWCAD software to see if it can be activated, or download the Independent License Manager and activate it using "zwlm_ts.exe" inside.
7. After turning off the encryption system, try to activate the ZWCAD software.
