How to do when NLAT 2.5.3 can not detect network license

Issue: 

NLAT is a tool for managing network licenses, with many new features added in version 2.5.3. However, it may fail to detect network license that is already activated and configured.

How to deal with such issue?

Solution:

1. Make sure that the network license has been activated and the service is configured correctly.
2. Go to the installation directory of NLAT, find Productinfo.xml file under the path [NLAT-2.5.3.\NLMA\Support], and delete it.
   
3. Download the following file: Productinfo.xml, and place it in the folder [NLAT-2.5.3\NLMA\Support].
4. Go to Task Manager, find the "NLATService (32-bit)" process. Click "End task", then restart the NLAT program to check the license status.
