Issue:
- When the annotative scale matches the viewport scale, the dimension is displayed.
- When the scales do not match, the dimension is not displayed by default. How to force the display of annotative dimensions?
Solution:
Enter Annoallvisible on the command line and set it to 1.
This forces all annotative objects to be displayed.
