Issue:

When double-clicking single-line text to edit, the text becomes obscured and invisible,

but returns to normal after exiting. How can this be resolved?

Causes:

This is due to text background settings,
the text background color or transparency needs to be adjusted.


Solution:

  1. Double-click the text that needs modification, right-click,
    and select Editor Settings → Background Transparency Setting → Transparent/Translucent.

  2. Double-click the text again, right-click, and select Editor Settings → Text Highlight Color.

  3. In the color dialog box that appears, select Gray (recommended) and click OK.

  4. The text background will then display normally.
