Issue:

No response occurs both when clicking License Manager in ZWCAD or opening License Manager separately.

Causes:

The issue is caused by an update to the Qt component used in the licensing module, which prevents the licensing module from starting properly on older versions of Windows;
This issue is commonly seen in ZWCAD 2026 and later versions.

Solution:

Method 1

  1. Update Windows 10 or Windows 11 to the latest version.
  2. Reinstall ZWCAD.

Method 2

  1. Use the Independent License Manager.Independent licensed components.zip
  2. Extract the downloaded file.
  3. Double-click to open ZWCAD License Manager.
