Issue:

The ZWSOFT network license service is started, but after clicking Perform Status Enquiry, the license information is not displayed, prompting "FlexNet Licensing error:-1,359. System Error: 2 "No such file or directory"".

Causes:

Other software previously used the same licensing program, and the registration information was not deleted when uninstalling.

Solution:

  1. Make sure that the LMTOOLS Config Service is correctly configured
  2. Delete the registry information under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\FLEXlm License Manager.
